Return Policy
Return Policy for Furniture
If you need to return an item due to personal reasons or product defects, please contact our official customer service within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Each order is eligible for one free return service during the return processing period.
If you return the item without contacting customer service within the return period, the brand will not accept it, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following cases will not be eligible for returns:
Return requests submitted after the seven-day return period.
Items damaged due to use, stains, scratches, dents, cracks, or improper handling/assembly.
Missing original accessories or packaging (such as installation parts, screws, tool kits, manuals, or outer packaging).
Furniture with obvious human-made traces (such as writing, alterations, tape residue, or odors).
Items with damaged outer packaging caused by shipping labels, tape, or intentional destruction.
Packaging and Return Requirements
Please properly pack the returned furniture in a sealed bag or carton, ensuring that all accessories and packaging remain intact.
Do not attach shipping labels, tape, or any writing directly on the furniture surface or outer carton.
Unboxing and Documentation Requirements
To protect the rights of both parties, please ensure the following upon receiving your furniture:
Record a complete unboxing video to confirm that all items and accessories are included.
In the event of incorrect delivery, missing items, or product defects, an original, clear, and unedited unboxing video must be provided as proof.
The video must start from the unopened original packaging.
Edited or fast-forwarded videos will not be accepted.
Defect handling instructions
If you encounter a product defect, please provide your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a written description, and contact customer service for assistance.
Refunds are available in the form of credit or cash.
